1099 SubContract Cleaner position

Is your current schedule flexible? If asked to complete a job same day, will you have availability?

Are there days during the week you are NOT available?

Do you have or are you able to purchase products and equipment to complete a job?

Are you familiar with the steps to properly DEEP CLEAN a vacant property?

Are you comfortable with following a cleaning checklist?

Please note most jobs will require deep cleaning of vacant properties (Move out Cleans)

Commercial cleans may be available as well as Residential (occupied properties)

Must be able to provide your own cleaning supplies

Must be able to provide background check

Description:

Are you passionate about keeping spaces tidy and organized? We're seeking a reliable and experienced cleaner to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Perform thorough cleaning tasks according to company standards

- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all areas

- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas

- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management

Requirements:

- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred

- Attention to detail and strong work ethic

- Ability to work independently and efficiently

- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends

- Must have reliable transportation
