Support Technician

Description:Our client is seeking an experienced candidate to work in their Conover, NC facility 5 days onsite. Candidate will be performing Level I & II troubleshooting of hardware for onsite users in addition to remote users in various locations through-out the United States. Candidate must have high initiative and drive to work autonomously while possessing excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.Responsibilities will include:Setting up and repairing computer hardware and other associated devices such as printers and scanners

Diagnosing and troubleshooting computer and network issues.

Upgrading network infrastructure, firmware and software.

Providing technical support to users and resolving technical errors.

Qualifications:2+ years of IT hardware support and troubleshooting

Associates degree or better in computer science, information technology, or related field.

CompTIA A+ accreditation is preferred.

Skills:Windows 10 Troubleshooting, Laptop Support, Remote End-User Support, and Basic Network Troubleshooting/Connectivity.Experience Level:Junior - Intermediate LevelAbout TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
