Survey Questionnaire

I am looking for a few College students to perform a survey / questionnaire related to business owners via phone and or in person. I am a Strategic Advisor for my consulting company here in Wilmington.

Your responsibility. You will be given a set of questions to ask business owners related to their Payment Processing gateway for credit cards, electronic checks , etc. The questions will be directed as to their satisfaction with the way their doing it now, i:e: what would enhance or streamline their cost and the way the utilize their gateway now. What would they like to change, are they aware of the new technology and regulations that would reduce their cost and improve customer service.

Training: Yo will be given full training and written formats to work with.

This is a part time position that can be done at your leisure 3 to 5 hours a week. A very good opportunity to earn extra money and learn about business. You need to live within a 25 radius of Wilmington as we will meet on a weekly basis to discuss progress and changes if required. A professional phone voice and personality is a plus.
