We have a full-time position for Systems Administrator based at our Morrisville, NC facility. The ideal candidate will be able to apply their technical expertise in a team environment to manage and enhance our infrastructure. They will be professional and provide exceptional customer service with strong business ethics both internally and externally. Role & Responsibilities: Monitor and support all IT infrastructure in 4 branch locations and at data center Manage, image, deploy and offboard user workstations, peripherals, and other hardware Provide Help Desk support for all internal users Build, manage, and maintain Linux and Windows servers in person and remotely Configuration and patch management for servers and workstations Maintain Microsoft updates through WSUS servers Manage and implement new and updated technologies to meet the needs of the organization Update and maintain documentation of infrastructure and troubleshooting procedures Respond to outages and major events and take appropriate actions Provide on-call support after hours as required Maintain strong vendor relationships to meet the service needs of the company Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements Ensure security through access controls, backups, firewalls and user training/notifications Perform infrastructure upgrades and security patches Assist in the development and maintenance of DR strategies Technical & Behavioral Skills: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong project management skills and organize time effectively Strong technical knowledge and hands-on support experience Experience in a System Administrator or similar role is required Driven to help the business achieves operational success. VMware/ESXi management skills Citrix VDI management and experience MS O365 and Azure administration Active Directory and Group Policy deployment Ticketing system documentation and administration Strong networking knowledge for Lenovo and Cisco devices Cisco CLI experience is requried.
