We are currently seeking a Systems Administrator to work with our team to help build out, maintain, and troubleshoot our infrastructure. They must be equipped and able to work in a dynamic and rapidly expanding environment. This person will serve as a member of a small, but talented team and must demonstrate superb technical competency in delivering mission-critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance, and security. Qualified Systems Administrators must have a strong background in enterprise applications and infrastructure, vendor management, and customer service. This position is responsible for the support and overall operation of the company's information technology infrastructure including servers, end user computing platforms and applications, network, phone system, and general technical support.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain system security and logs for maximum access.
  • Provide Exceptional customer service experience
  • Patch operating systems, applications, and hardware as required.
  • Support VPN and remote management tools.
  • Update File Permissions and Deduplication, Print, and Web Servers.
  • Create and configure TLS/SSL certificates, IIS, and web servers.
  • Provide help desk support to our executive team as well as Tier2/3 support for users
Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in System Administration
  • Prior experience in Tiers 2 or 3 support
  • Good network infrastructure knowledge: switches, routers, firewalls and wireless access points
  • Good understanding and able to troubleshoot Domain Controllers, AD, Windows Server, IIS, App Server, SQLserver
  • Experience with various systems management tools including VMware vCenter, Hyper-V, and Microsoft Online applications
  • Experience with O365 admin and exchange admin center and deployment, administration, and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge and experience with Group Policy Objects, UPN, SPN, ADFS, AD Security, and AD Connect.
  • Knowledge of ownership of endpoints, tablets, phones, and peripherals
  • Knowledge of VLAN/LAN/WAN/Wireless, TCPIP, DNS, and DHCP, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Perform Spyware, Malware, and Virus removal.
  • Coordinate server, tablet, desktop, laptop and smart device security including endpoint, encryption, and MDM.
  • Endpoint protection software installation, configuration, and administration.
  • Identify, evaluate, assess, procure, deploy, and recover server, desktop, laptop, and printer hardware.
  • Maintain a current inventory of IT assets, hardware and software as required.
