• Create and maintain daily/monthly reports and dashboards for logistics team and customers
• Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Provide month-end reports for Accounting accrual
• Deliver ad hoc analysis with a focus on timely, accurate and consumable information
• Interpret data, analyze results by using statistical techniques

• 2-4 years hands-on BI development experience in Tableau
• 2-4 years of experience in using SQL and a deep understanding of relational databases - SQL Server preferred
• Experience building dashboards by tailoring different data sources
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal as required to both technical and non-technical colleagues
• Excellent organization, planning, and time management skills
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with good interpersonal skills
