Talent Management Specialist (Remote)OverviewChange Healthcare is seeking a Specialist to partner with and support the Talent Management team.The Specialist is responsible for providing day-to-day project management and administrative support for the Change Healthcare Talent Management processes. What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?Provides support for the Talent and Organizational Planning (TOP) process by providing resources to the People Solutions Business Partners for client rollout, overseeing reports and metrics, building templates, tools and charts that create consistency across the enterprise.

Designs and implements talent management tracking systems to monitor the development and internal movement of key talent across the enterprise.

Helps manage the execution of the internal slating and talent pool process to support the talent management strategy.

Manages the launch, tool maintenance, and reporting for the goal setting process (Objectives and Key Results).

Manages the launch, tool maintenance, and reporting of the annual performance calibration cycle and provides troubleshooting support to business partners and people leaders.

Manages the exit survey and exit interview tool maintenance and data reporting.

Provides communication support for Talent Management processes across the enterprise.

Creates training aids and delivers training on the process and tools for all talent management initiatives.

Helps facilitate cross functional meetings to support Talent Management initiatives.

Partners with various internal partners to manage the Talent Management initiatives.

What are the requirements needed for this position?Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness & Development, Learning & Development, Change Management and/or Project Management

2+ years of experience managing projects in a corporate environment

Proficiency in Workday or similar HRIS

Proven data analytic ability and problem-solving skills, providing recommendations based off specific data points

Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines while providing quality results

Ability to diagnose, research and resolve complex issues independently or as a cooperative member of a team

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to clearly articulate problems and resolutions

Excellent time management skills

Expertise in MS suite (specifically PowerPoint and excel)

Training Facilitation experience
