TDM (Data Test Management)

Hi, I do have an opportunity for

• Test Data Management experience.
• Define test data strategy at an organization level.
• Formulate the right TDM solution and tooling strategy.
• Direct input into setting strategic direction for the space.
• Perform Data identification across multiple data sources, extraction, and loading into the test environments based on the scenario provided.
• Strong experience with Delphix platform.
• Coordinate with the Application Team, Testing, Infrastructure and tool vendors to resolve issues.
• Define and advise internal and external standards, methods and procedures for Test Data Management.
• Ability to establish, report, and manage various metrics to effectively manage team.
• Working background using database technologies such as DB2, Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server databases with expertise in SQL.
• Thorough understanding of Test Data Management concepts.
• Data analysis with ability to write complex SQL statements including XML parsing.
• 5 years of information technology experience with large and complex applications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
