No day is the same, and you play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a fantastic stay.

 Key responsibilitiesWelcoming guests and handling check-ins and check-outsProviding guests with information about the hotel and the areaActing as the main point of contact for guests during their stayCoordinating with departments such as Housekeeping, F&B and Technical ServicesSupporting Food & Beverage operations, including breakfast service and bar shiftsHandling guest questions, requests and any issues in a professional and friendly manner
