Your Responsibilities:  Collaborate with finance, process, and IT teams to convert requirements into practical technical designs; Lead project rollouts solutioning of business requirements, from solution design to implementation, while analyzing complex changes and troubleshooting issues; Ensure solutions align with Metro’s global template, enterprise architecture, SAP best practices, and compliance standards; Simplify and convey technical concepts to diverse audiences, including executives, business users, and technical teams; Oversee SI partner delivery by reviewing and approving requirements refinement, high level and detailed design documents, transports, customizing documentation.
