Technical Delivery Manager

Responsibilities: Provide project management support to assist in driving the following:- End to end delivery of initiatives for Treasury Data Management team- Translate priorities and deliverables into actionable, structured project plans and communicate status- Ability to drive analysis with business owners by documenting gaps and mapping current and "future-state processes- Develop business requirements with Technology and Business using Agile framework- Agile planning and prioritization routines for initiatives, including Agile Program Increment Planning- Identify, track and work with subject-matter, technical, and data experts to resolve issues and risks related to the initiative Comply with enterprise project management standardsRequired Skills: Bachelor's degree 1+ years prior experience performing project management, project coordination, or similar role in a project related to data Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies Strong analytical and problem solving skills Strong work ethic and proactive nature Excellent computer skills, particularly Microsoft Suite-Banking Experience (Global Markets & Banking Capabilities)-Communication skills focused around experience with senior or executive level leadership-Organized & able to work on various tasks with limited supervision-Microsoft Office SuiteDesired (Not Required) Skills: Finance or business experience with product knowledge of banking and capital markets products (loans, deposits, securities, derivatives, etc.) Knowledge of financial services including current regulatory environment and experience in Global Markets, Global Banking or Treasury organization
