Activities include the preparation for, execution of and/or maintenance of: Vendor delivered Managed Services, continued Service Improvement, Quality and Process improvement. Ensure the Vendor delivers to the stated contractual obligations, partner with vendor to deliver world-class teammate experience and service. Manage low-risk project management processes and integration process, program management process and/or portfolio management processes. Assist in completion of program/project activities to ensure successful implementation, conversion to an effective L1 Service Desk. Manage small to large sized initiatives within the program or individual project.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSupport for and execution of one or more initiatives related to Organizational Readiness, Organizational Charter, Risk Governance and Business Office efforts with focus on:

Owning organizational change management communication for the full L1 Service Desk conversion, including the creation of executive decks, teammate readiness email communications, and related critical cadence. Partnering with Vendor leads to execute Service Delivery Framework deliverables across Enterprise Technology Partner with Support groups to drive completion of Procedural documents to ensure support is executed properly from a Risk Governance perspective Manage regulatory reporting requests, portfolio and program management, and executive level integration specific deliverablesSupport for and/or execution of one or more initiatives focused on system enhancements, systems integration, system consolidation, system decommissioning and data conversion enabling the bank end to end conversion with responsibilities including:

Planning and schedule development Coordinate of project teams and technology practitioners to streamline execution and resolve execution issues. Technology critical path development and ongoing management as a means to proactively manage risks and issues and strengthen quality of plans Risk and issue identification and closure spanning planning, requirements, design, architecture, development, testing, release, organization change and communications, support, conversion and decommissioning Execution oversight and governanceDevelop a partnership with service provider, team members and support groups in delivering a world class Teammate experience.

Remain aware of corporate technology, infrastructure, standards, processes and strategic direction to use these tools to help guide the project in accomplishing project/program objectives.

QUALIFICATIONSRequired Qualifications:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Strong analytical skills; excellent fact-gathering and business process mapping

Strong technical skills in one or more of the following: planning, requirements, design, architecture, development, testing, release, organization change and communications, support, conversion and decommissioning

Self-starter, highly-motivated, change agent

Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration and leadership skills

Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products

Preferred Qualifications:Agile Project Management

Functional knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Vendor Management, Business/IT transformation program/project management, Operations/Process Improvement
