Job Description:

Lead a global technical team supporting day-to-day delivery of services for critical applications providing L2/L3 support. Build and maintain infrastructure for production, pre-production, and development environments for supported applications. Support Infrastructure Applications; i.e. Security Tools: CyberArk, IPMF, SecretsVault, PowerBroker, Vintela, Verify Privilege Vault and Identity Management Tools: AD Reporting, Active Roles Server, Self Service Group Management, Self ServicePassword Management and Data Synchronization. Services provided include Request Fulfillment, Access Management, Incident Management, ProblemManagement, Change Management, Event Management, Risk Management, and Continuity Management. Collaborate with Software Development, Engineering,Architecture, Testing teams, and Risk Partners to provide support for mission critical infrastructure applications and automate the support and deployment processes. Implement advanced application monitoring for early detection, self-healing automation, and operational process improvements with a focus on continualimprovements.

Required Skills:
  • Experienced Application Production Support Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the Technology organization
  • Strong infrastructure technology professional skilled in day to day production support, IT Strategy, Integration, ITIL, Risk mitigation, Project Management and Process Improvement. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to self-manage multiple priorities at the same time and ensure Management and Clients are kept informed of any change or incident activities.
