The position will have responsibility for platform and application support across the enterprise for Teradata platform.The role has responsibility for driving production stability across the organization through strong problem management routines and implementation of robust monitoring and incident resolution procedures. This position will interact with senior technology CIOs, Technology Infrastructure leadership and business managers. Providing high value customer service and developing strong relationships with these internal stakeholders is a key requisite. In the target operating model, the team must be focused on creating a collaborative devops environment and identifying and implementing automation opportunities within a metrics driven culture of continuous improvement.Responsibilities Member of the Teradata Operations team - Platform Support Drive stability across production and lower environments Take ownership of production issue resolution and implementation of preventative measures Build out Platform Services support model to encompass high value-add services across all Lines of business (LoBs) and applications Transform organization to a highly skilled workforce, implement self-healing capabilities and focus on developing a fully automated environment Implement smart monitoring of E2E customer journeys Reduce low impact noise and overall ticket volumes Work with application development teams to introduce fully resilient solutions into production environmentRWFPlease note that “RWF” is an identifier for internal recruiting purposes only and has no connection to the nature or responsibilities of the job.Required Qualifications5+ years of systems support analysis experience demonstrated through work or military experience

3+ years of experience working in managed services as demonstrated through work, military, or education

1+ year of application production support experience

1+ year of relational database experience

1+ years of technical troubleshooting experience

Desired QualificationsExperience supporting an enterprise-level environment

Ability to interact with all levels of an organization; including management

Strong team or technical leadership experience

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Teradata experience

Other Desired Qualifications Experience supporting various Lines of Business including Risk, Finance or Enterprise Functions Experience with multiple data platform technologies, including relational databases and Hadoop or other Big Data platforms. Experience implementing and supporting cloud based solutions Knowledge of new and evolving technologies, such as Spark, artificial intelligence and machine learning Proven ability to lead incident triage calls Significant experience serving as the principal production representative in production support programs, including outages and major change initiatives. Experience supporting multiple lines of business and interfacing with senior business and technology leaders. Excellent leadership skills, the ability to effectively build and maintain relationships, and develop solutions that enable and create business value. Demonstrated ability to influence strategic direction through reasoned argument with supporting data. Demonstrated track record of successfully building organizational capability including high performing teams, process, and technology. This includes a keen focus and proven results in developing a cultural environment that achieves results through team member engagement, diversity and customer loyalty and satisfaction.
