What You’ll Do:

As a Territory Sales Representative, you’ll be our boots on the ground in the Raleigh area—owning your market and growing our retail footprint. Your day-to-day may include:

- Visiting local smoke shops and retail stores to pitch our premium products

- Opening new accounts and helping them place their first orders

- Strengthening existing customer relationships through consistent follow-up and support

- Educating shop staff on product features, compliance, and upsell strategies

- Delivering a high level of customer service and professionalism at every touchpoint

- Checking in with stores regularly (in person or by phone) to maintain strong engagement

- Providing feedback from the field to help us improve service, pricing, and offerings

- Acting as the face of The Cannasseurs Club in your territory

What You’ll Need:

- Must be 21+ years old

- A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Sales experience preferred (especially B2B or door-to-door)

- Hemp or cannabis knowledge is a plus, but not required

- A motivated, self-starting attitude and the ability to work independently

- Willingness to hustle, learn the product lineup, and build a consistent routine
