Test Automation Lead is to develop an automated testing suite to support the agile sprints for testing the PayIT application. Specifically, the automation specialist will lead the test strategy, design, and execute the automated test cases with a focus on regression testing. With each new agile sprint, the automated test cases would be executed to perform regression testing for that sprint and repeated for each additional sprint intended to speed up the regression testing process using the UFT (Unified Functional Testing) toolset. aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true"
Key Responsibilities aria-hidden="true" • Test Automation Lead will support the test automation solution and support the implementation of test strategy, test plans & test execution of the product. aria-hidden="true" • Provide leadership, guidance, training and mentoring to implement test automation across the project teams aria-hidden="true" • Supports automation script development and the optimization of those scripts. aria-hidden="true" • Develop and continuously improve automated tests as new system features and enhancements are developed aria-hidden="true" • Execute automated tests and manage the resulting defect log through the point of defect fix validation aria-hidden="true" • Identify and report to product teams questionable functions, performance concerns, and inconsistencies aria-hidden="true" • Collaborate with product teams to strategize & align long term solutions for test automation including roadmap, tools, framework & approach. aria-hidden="true" • Assist in the identification, selection, and implementation of tools, technologies, and practices that support the overall QA process aria-hidden="true" • Create a standard framework for Functional Automation, Performance Testing and Security and Penetration Testing. Presents technical documentation for review by peers and the Development community. aria-hidden="true" • Work with the Client's QA team for resolution of technical issues of the product as needed. aria-hidden="true" • Assist with the automation strategy to support regression testing based on the technical analysis, complexity, and reusability aria-hidden="true" • Responds appropriately and competently to the demands of work challenges when confronted with changes, ambiguity, adversity, and other pressures. aria-hidden="true" • Will provide knowledge transfer to the members of the Enterprise Test team. aria-hidden="true" • Will assist the Enterprise Test team members in the area of training and development. aria-hidden="true"- ID: #23454869
