Description We are in the process of recruiting a Test Center Administrator to become part of our team. Based in Asheville, North Carolina, this role falls within the educational services industry. The Test Center Administrator will be responsible for a range of tasks, including verifying candidate identification, maintaining test center policies, and ensuring a fair testing environment.Responsibilities: Uphold and apply knowledge of test center policies, practices, and procedures Welcome test candidates and verify their identification Conduct necessary security checks, which may include the use of security wands Regularly monitor candidates while they are taking their exams Immediately report and resolve any issues that may arise with candidates Maintain a secure environment and ensure all materials in the test center are safe at all times Provide every candidate with a fair and comfortable testing experience Report any occurrences that fall outside the company guidelines Be flexible with scheduling according to the test center's days of operation Safeguard the test center from any form of misconduct If necessary, digitally record candidate fingerprint identification. Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Experience with ADP - Financial Services Familiarity with Banner Ads design and implementation Strong computer skills, including proficiency in various Computer Programs Experience with CRM software Knowledge of About Time project management software is a plus Experience in Answering Inbound Calls professionally and efficiently Proficiency in Billing Functions Ability to perform Clerical Duties such as filing, typing, and managing records Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
