• Ability to be hands-on and willing to perform test case creation, test plan creation and actual test execution
• Serves as a mentor to lower level testing analysts and may provide work direction to others in project team(s).
• Reviews and analyze requirements, design document(s), mapping documents and ensure they are understood and are usable for testing purposes.
• Maintain ownership of test cases and testing assignments, ensuring that testing supports the defined project needs and is driven to completion.
• Understands how the IT group operates and how his/her role meets customer needs and creates value.
• Identifies opportunities or problems and acts quickly and decisively to respond to the situation.
• Interact with SMEs and Developers to address questions and issues.

• BS Degree or equivalent. Technical or Development background is helpful.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently to define, manage, and complete activities.
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Experience with Jira and other project management tools
• Strong analytical skills and proven problem-solving ability.
