CPM Painting (Raleigh/Wake) runs clean jobs, tight schedules, and pays for results—not excuses. We’re expanding our specialist roster (exterior repaint, trim/wood-rot prep, interiors with clean lines).

You’ll do

Exterior repaints: scrape/sand/prime, caulk, two-coat systems (Hardie, cedar, PT)

Trim/fascia/soffit & small rot replacements (paint-ready)

Interiors: masking/dust control, cut/roll, light drywall repair

Daily photo check-ins, clean site, on-time starts

We provide

Booked projects + written scopes/SOPs

Materials on site (or reimbursed per scope)

Fast decisions, fast pay, winter backlog for steady crews

Pay:

Piece rate or day rate depending on scope - Faster production = Higher pay

We are high Quality focused but this is not Custom ART or Mural Work, this is a production industry and SPEED MATTERS!

NO rework

Must have

Reliable truck/van, ladders, pro tools (sprayer) Insurance ,comp and liability

3+ years pro experience in your specialty

Smartphone for photos & messaging

Professional communication (English required) on occupied homes

Do NOT apply if

You skip prep, show up late, or need babysitting

You “bondo and pray” on rot

You can’t follow a written scope or keep a clean site
