Trade/Sales Assistant

Description We are looking to onboard an ATM Settlement Specialist within the banking and savings industry, located in Wilmington, Delaware. The role primarily revolves around supporting the operational needs of our ATM programs, which include customer support, ATM settlements, and record maintenance. This role is a contract position.Responsibilities: Support the operation of over 8,000 Vault Cash, Off-Premises, and Merchant ATM programs Directly assist customers with their inquiries and needs Handle ATM settlements efficiently and accurately Reconcile General Ledger (GL) and Demand Deposit Account (DDA) Maintain customer records meticulously and update them as necessary Generate management reports on a regular basis Implement procedures for ATM program operations Monitor deadlines and ensure all ATMs are balanced within the stipulated time Use Accounting Software Systems and Microsoft Excel to perform banking operations and check processing Work with IBM AS/400 and Management System to manage accounting functions and cash activity.Requirements Possess a minimum of one year experience in the banking or financial sector Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems Familiarity with Great Plains (GPAC) is essential Experience with IBM AS/400 system is beneficial Competency in using a Management System Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel Ability to handle Accounting Functions efficiently Understanding of Banking Operation procedures Experience in handling Cash Activity Proficient in Check Processing operations Knowledge of credit management and related procedures Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment High level of accuracy and attention to detail Proven problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
