Trout Lily Market: food prep + counter service + bakery assistant

Trout Lily Market and Deli in Fairview is hiring! We're an independent natural food grocery store and deli focusing on healthy eco-friendly options. We'd like someone positive and contentious to join our team to help create more grab and go options and baked goods for both Trout Lily Market and our sister store Round Earth Roasters.

Food prep experience is a plus, but the new hire will ultimately be trained in all aspects of the store including the deli, grocery, front counter service and as a barista. Once fully trained and confident, closing solo the last hour or so will be required.

Open availability is preferred with open weekends a requirement. Schedule would ideally be 3-4 shifts/week, 25-35 hours.

No late nights or early mornings!

9-7 Fri and Sat

10-6 Sun

The ideal candidate will be self motivated, responsible and a competent multitasker. A good attitude and reliable transportation are also necessities. Reliability is paramount. We're looking for a long term staff member, this is not a seasonal position. Food service or grocery experience is preferred but not required. We'll train the right person!

Hourly + tips = minimum $19/hr
