Tuscan Table hiring FOH and BOH

Tuscan Table is an upscale restaurant located in the heart of downtown Black Mountain NC featuring an elevated menu inspired by the regions of Tuscany and Northern Italy. At this time we are looking to expand our FOH and BOH family. We are interested in meeting some new highly skilled self motivated individuals with integrity that also understand how to operate from a place of kindness and respect for others. BOH knowledge of Italian and high end cuisine is preferred. Although the right individual with foundational experience, great attitude, and willingness and ability to learn new things may also be a potentially good fit. FOH knowledge of Italian and high end cuisine is preferred. As well as a basic understanding and knowledge of properly pairing selections from our wine list with items from the menu. The ability to suggest these proper pairings to the guest is essential. We ask that everyone is well kept, maintains all sanitation standards, is punctual, dependable and has reliable transportation. We also always enjoy meeting a new and proficient Dish Technician. And let's not forget Greeters & Seaters. We welcome creatures from all walks of life as long as they fit the criteria.
