Description Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a UX Designer for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC!Our client is a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to delivering exceptional digital experiences. They are seeking a talented and experienced User Experience (UX) Designer to join their team and help shape the future of their products and services.Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to create intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences.

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions.

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback, and iterate on designs based on findings.

Create high-fidelity mockups and design specifications for front-end developers to implement.

Ensure that design solutions align with business objectives and user needs, maintaining a consistent and cohesive visual language.

Advocate for the end user throughout the design process, ensuring that their needs are at the forefront of all design decisions.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the user experience.

Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs and smooth implementation.

Communicate design concepts and solutions effectively to stakeholders, both verbally and in written form.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design skills.

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and feedback effectively.

Experience with conducting user research and usability testing.

Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
