For 40 hours per week, you:Create new or implement changes in existing; guidelines, manuals, briefings. All for one of our different markets in the channels: Wholesale & TravelHave a hands-on & can-do mentality, creativity and focus on operational aspectsGave excellent communication skills. Knows how to train, educate and motivate a groupCan test the local waters regularly. For example, by visiting stores, gathering insights along the way. You will be a team member of the Visual Merchandise Training team at Format & Design together with 2 other colleagues. Just like you, they have the full focus to always deliver the best training materials. You work close together with the Wholesale and Travel team, innovation, concept & development, project management, Instore communication and report to the Visual Merchandise Training manager.“What is a nice aspect about the Visual Merchandising team is that all of us are creative, commercial and operational/practical (hands on mentality). As a Visual Merchandise Trainer you will be responsible for the creation of Visual Merchandise training content such as manuals, guidelines, briefings and scripts for instruction movies. By doing this you will know this content by heart. Because of this, training this content is only one step away. You will have the freedom to create interactive training materials, presentations and trainings focused on your audience.On top of it, you:Have at least 3 years of working experience in a Visual MerchandisingFinished successfully Nimeto or AMFI or TMO or equivalent A background with in-depth and up-to-date Retail, Visual Merchandising and Training knowledgeContain strong traces of organization skills. You are creative, that naturally swirl into commercially sound plansA visual DNA is in tune with the high standards of the Rituals brandCan dream Photoshop, InDesign and MS OfficeHave excellent English skillsA GUIDE WITH YOUR BENEFITS
