Main Responsibilities:

1. Greet Customers – Warmly welcome guests, guide them to their seats, provide menus, and introduce the restaurant’s featured dishes and drinks.

2. Take Orders & Serve Food – Accurately take customer orders and communicate them to the kitchen; deliver food and beverages promptly and neatly.

3. Provide Customer Service – Attend to customer needs, refill drinks, replace tableware, and handle billing or other service requests in a timely manner.

4. Handle Payments & Clean Tables – Process bills using the POS system, check for accuracy, and clean and reset tables after customers leave.

5. Teamwork – Cooperate closely with kitchen staff, cashiers, and other waitstaff to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

6. Other Duties – Assist with daily cleaning, restocking, and table setup as assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements:

Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented attitude;

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;

Prior restaurant or service experience preferred;

Must have legal work authorization;

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
