• Overall 13+ years of experience, 6+ Years of team lead/management and feature delivery experience.
• Strong technical experience and experience in architecting a tech solution.
• Strong communication skills and experience in working with different stake holders in a project, understanding their requirements and solutioning it.
• Experience with application development using technologies like Java, Spring, relational and nosql DB, microservices, middleware tools like Kafka and Apache Flink, Native app development, customer experience.
