Market: One specific metro area where you have local insight and connections
Direct Approach: Engage directly with property owners to find and negotiate off-market deals—no brokers
Compensation: Commission only, paid per deal closed, with substantial earning potential based on the discounts you secure
Responsibilities
Reach out directly to apartment owners in your designated market to source off-market deals at substantial discounts.
Build and nurture relationships directly with sellers to negotiate favorable terms—no brokers involved.
Stay informed on local market trends to pinpoint the best opportunities.
Present high-value, vetted deals to our acquisitions team for final review.
Ideal Candidate
Experienced in direct-to-seller negotiations, ideally in the multifamily sector.
Strong local market knowledge and a network of potential sellers.
Self-driven and entrepreneurial, thriving on a commission-only structure.
Compensation
