Working Student Global Leadership Development (all genders)

Collaborate with functional experts to continuously develop and improve learning solutions and global leadership programs.Support the implementation and coordination of international talent and leadership development programs, events and workshops, including training design, participant and trainer communication, and logistics.Support our global graduate talent program, from designing learning elements and coordinating stakeholders to communication and follow-up on participant development.Collaborate with teams across METRO countries and entities to ensure a seamless and engaging learning experience.Support internal marketing and communication of our learning portfolio in cooperation with Employer Branding, while managing training data and reporting in the Learning Management System.
