job detailsjob summary:Description:This is a fully onsite position.Education: 2-year degreeWill this contingent worker be required to lift as part of their duties? If so, how many pounds on average?: 50 lbs.Work hours: M-F 8-5 (may flex depending on need). Will require on call rotation which ends up being about 2 weeks a year. On call will require after hours availability but there is not a high volume of after hours tickets.Overtime? No.Local IT Team: Workstation Support CWProvide technical troubleshooting and issue resolution (primarily end user hardware, software and infrastructure), asset management, and IT customer liaison for the client employees and contractors.Work location will be the Client Plaza in Uptown Charlotte. Required to be onsite each day.Supports project deployment plans associated with application and equipment roll-outs and upgrades. Provides technical knowledge and customer education to ensure efficient development, implementation, and support of systems.
