We are seeking an Account Development Executive to help launch a new partnership program with local businesses within rural communities. Locations: Fargo NDPay Rate: $25 per hour plus uncapped commission starting 10K - 14K per yearSchedule: Monday – Friday | 8AM - 5PM · Visit prospective businesses in targeted towns - Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses and generate interest to apply · Qualify the prospective businesses and guide through application and Vetting process · Track lead activity and manage pipeline in Salesforce · Support Field Manager to plan and host recruitment events in the community (ex: lunch and learns, townhall meetings, coffee chats) · Work as a liaison with other groups in the company to help improve sales processes. Qualifications & Skills:· Prior outside sales or sales support experience · 1-2 years of prior sales and/or customer service experience (including reporting, lead tracking, list management etc.) · Exceptional customer service and communication skills · Prior experience in a role that involved sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus - Professionalism, enthusiasm to work with others, and high sense of urgency · Attention to Detail and ability to solve problems for applicants in the field · Excellent attention to detail & tech savvy About Aston Carter: Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
