Description:Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field Licensed Professional Engineer in ND, MN, SD, MT , or ability to obtain within six months Technical knowledge of engineering principles and practices Prior certification on MNDOT prequalification lists Experience with project management and budgeting Capability of supervising, mentoring and evaluating staff, self motivated Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team atmosphere is vital Good driving record and valid driver’s licenseSkills:
