Commercial Counsel - Legal – Commercial and Procurement Europe & North Africa

As Commercial Counsel within the Legal Commercial and Procurement team, you will play a vital role in negotiating and managing commercial agreements that support Accor’s premium, midscale and economy hotels. Reporting to the Director Legal Counsel Procurement ENA, you will work cross-functionally with procurement, sales, marketing, IT and more, ensuring contracts are executed in compliance with applicable laws and aligned with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial and procurement contracts including sales, marketing, digital, loyalty and service agreements.Provide independent legal advice to multiple internal departments across Europe and North Africa.Manage legal correspondence and coordinate with external legal counsel when necessary.Monitor regulatory and legislative changes and advise the business accordingly.Support the development and sharing of legal know-how by producing and maintaining template agreements.Collaborate effectively within a multicultural and multidisciplinary team environment.Maintain high standards of legal work and sound judgment while working independently.
