Customer Experience Agent

SIXT Australia is on the lookout for a Part Time Customer Experience Agent (30 hours per week) to join the team at North Lakes.As a Customer Experience Agent, you will provide exceptional customer service, create and act upon opportunities to make sales, and ensure all rental vehicles meet SIXT Australia’s vehicle presentation standards. Your key responsibilities will include:  Communicating with customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via emailOpening and closing rental agreements Selling additional over the counter rental products Managing reservations and organising fleetMaintaining a clean and safe working area
