Job Description

Freddy’s in North Carolinaisgrowing! This District Manager position is responsible for providing leadership, store audits and operational expertise to the restaurant teams in the assigned area. The District Manager coaches and encourages teams to drive sales, profitability and a positive culture in the district while maintaining a consistent customer experience and operational compliance. District Managers report to the Director of Operationsand in addition, have the direct support of home office team members that specialize in operations, marketing, accounting and HR.

Your District Manager offer will include:

  • $75,000 + base salary
  • Quarterly bonuses and 3-year sales growth bonus

Store locations:

  • Approximate territory is from Charlotte, to the Raleigh - Durham area.
  • New store openings beginning in 2022.

Qualifications

  • Successful District Manager or Multi-Unit restaurant management experience required
  • Technically competent in all aspects of restaurant operating systems, learning systems and typical desktop software
  • Outstanding customer service skills along with the ability to create and maintain a customer-focused culture
  • Safe driving record, valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for transportation
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Strong coaching and developmentand influence skills
  • Excellent communication skills with a diverse group of people
  • Proficient with profit and loss statements
