Resume review begins in January 2025. Here in Analytical Development - Structure elucidation (AD-SE) team, we support the development of small molecule and oligonucleotide therapeutics by developing innovative analytical technologies and establishing control strategies. We are seeking a highly creative and self-motivated candidate to join us as an intern student in 2025. This role will develop and optimize analytical methods on the UPLC-High Resolution MS system in the lab in RTP, NC campus. This role will also support oligonucleotide stability study using the mass spectrometry-based methods. This position requires adequate knowledge in analytical techniques such as LC and LC/MS. Position Description Design, execute and document experiments; analyze, interpret and present data/results; write technical reports; establish SOPs, etc. Develop and optimize analytical methods on the UPLC-High Resolution MS system. Test and analyze stability samples using mass spectrometry-based methods. Characterize degradation pathway of oligonucleotide.  Attend relevant meetings and seminars to learn the development of therapeutic oligonucleotide.
