As an intern in the IT Customer Acceptance department, you will be responsible for preparing documentation for the checks within the KPN customer acceptance process. Your tasks will include:Rewriting user manuals.Contributing to User Experience (UX) design.Designing decision trees with descriptive text and visualizations.Reviewing documents.Sharing new suggestions with your colleagues.
