Join our team and help build engineering solutions that change the industry.The RoleThe Iron Technician I is responsible for assembling and testing a variety of mechanical components, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards.Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Assisting Iron Technicians during the disassembling phase
Cleaning, stripping, and inspecting all required flow control components
Preparing flow control products for Gauging, Ultra Sonic, and MPI inspections
Ability to demonstrate the assembling and disassemble of flow control products per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
Ability to identify SPM and Customer product
Assisting as a Nondestructive Testing Trainee (NDT Trainee) to evaluate the integrity of materials and components
Assisting with the disassembly, inspection, and reassembly of manifolds under the guide of experienced technicians
Demonstrating computer skills for the SPM AMP System
Inspecting, documenting, and organizing incoming iron inventory
Providing proper care and maintenance of all shop tools, equipment, and work area
Monitoring daily work activities to ensure requirements are met
Performing other routine duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
One to three months related experience in a warehouse, retail, manufacturing, outside environments, etc. and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude or hands-on approach to troubleshooting and operating machinery

Starting payrate starts at $20.30 – Depending on skills and experience
Monday-Friday: 6:00 – 5:00 PM. Overtime as required
