Part-time onsite property manager

We are looking to hire a part-time onsite manager for a mobile home park in Moorhead. The job is 8-10 hours a week, and manager must be able to come to park as issues arise. Duties include rule enforcement, rent collection, towing unauthorized vehicles, and issuing citations. The candidate will coordinate with a bookkeeping firm and the park's volunteer board, including attending monthly board meetings.
