PeopleSoft HCM Talent Management Technical Consultant

IRG is seeking a PeopleSoft HCM Talent Management Technical Consultant for its client. Role: PeopleSoft HCM Talent Management Consultant Location: Remote Duration: 6 months The following skills sets are required:

• Primary Skills Set:
  • Requires a minimum of nine years of technical development experience in PeopleSoft Applications
  • Experience with PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM
  • Proven design, development and testing skills and experience
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills to refine computer software to produce the required product.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with written and verbal English language proficiency
  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to coordinate closely with IT management, team members and Agency personnel
  • Scrum working experience
• Primary technical skill sets, and experience include:
  • PeopleTools 8.56 or higher
  • PeopleSoft Integration Broker/Application Messaging/Web Service API
  • Structured Query Language (SQL)
  • Fluid
  • BI Publisher
  • Kibana/Search Framework
  • LDAP
  • Good working knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle and MS-SQL
• Toolsets include:
  • PeopleTools
  • Phire Version Control
  • Microsoft Azure DevOps
