Qualifications:

We are a technology-based company and ideal candidates are typically between 19 and 55. You must be very comfortable with technology.

Possess a current Life Insurance Producer License (or ability to obtain one. We assist in getting you through your state-licensing training course.)

Legally allowed to reside and work in the United States of America

Ability to pass a background check (Fingerprinting)

Ability to build rapport over the phone

If you primarily want to sell remotely, you’ll also need a smartphone, a headset, a computer, a 2nd computer monitor, and high-speed internet access. You need to be comfortable with technology and able to multi-task between windows. If you haven’t sold insurance before, we highly recommend that you start out doing in-person sales at least for a few months to learn the basics more quickly.

Full-time agents do extremely well with us. Yes, you can do it part-time, but the more you work, the better you’ll earn. You’ll need at least $1,000 for leads for the first two weeks. During this time, you will start doing outbound dials to learn our technology and script. You need to plan on reinvesting your earnings. A full-time agent typically spends $1200 to $1500 a week if their goal is to write approximately $7000 of weekly business. Think of this as “buying” a business.
