About your tasks:Own and continuously improve the Demand Management process, ensuring requests are captured, governed and progressed consistently across your assigned Enterprise Systems domain.Coordinate the complete demand lifecycle, reviewing incoming requests for completeness, guiding stakeholders through governance, and maintaining high-quality portfolio data in Jira.Facilitate governance and decision-making by organizing demand review meetings, preparing decision materials, documenting outcomes and ensuring actions are followed through—while never owning the business decisions themselves.Provide portfolio transparency through dashboards, KPI reporting and demand pipeline insights, helping leadership identify trends, bottlenecks and planning risks.Drive process and tooling improvements, enhancing workflows, templates and governance standards to create an efficient, scalable and user-friendly demand management framework.
