Senior Marketing Events Specialist

CapTech’s Senior Marketing Event Specialist plays a vital role in planning and executing high-impact events that drive awareness, strengthen relationships, and support business growth across industries. We’re looking for an independent, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can translate strategic goals into memorable event experiences for our clients.Lead the research and evaluation of high-impact events, providing strategic recommendations that shape CapTech’s overall event strategy, working closely with brand, industry, and sports marketing leaders.Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of client-facing and marketing events including sports marketing activations, industry conferences, receptions and dinners, thought leadership programs, and client hospitality.Partner with business development and industry teams to design event strategies tailored to key markets (financial services, healthcare, public sector, sports, energy and natural resources, and beyond).Manage end-to-end event logistics, from venue selection and vendor management to on-site coordination and post-event reporting.Oversee sponsorship activations and partnership engagements, ensuring alignment with brand and client priorities.Collaborate with internal creative and content teams to develop event collateral, signage, digital campaigns, and presentations that elevate the attendee experience.Track and analyze event performance metrics (attendance, engagement, lead generation, ROI) and share insights to improve future events.Manage event communications in HubSpot and other CRM tools — including landing pages, forms, email workflows, and follow-up campaigns.Support social media promotion and content scheduling to amplify event visibility and engagement.Maintain cross-functional communication with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, budgets, and deliverables.Stay current on event trends and experiential marketing innovations, especially within sports and professional services.Travel as needed to support on-site event execution.
