As a Sr. Global HR Process Specialist, you are responsible for the delivery of global processes and solutions to our local HR teams and head office HR teams. You will be working closely with them to understand their needs while keeping processes aligned globally as much as possible.  The Sr. Global HR Process Specialist coordinates the implementation of Hire to Retire and Compensation & Benefits process improvements, driven by the latest developments in HR Technology (in particular Workday). On top of a continuous innovation mindset, you deliver and run projects, e.g. deploying HR solutions to new countries and collaborate closely with our HR Centers of Expertise, HR Operations, HR Data & Analytics and Business Technology teams to simplify and further automate our HR processes. You easily find solutions to challenging situations and take a pragmatic approach to optimize business use whilst looking for sustainable solutions. Your goal is to provide a professional and smooth user experience for local and head office HR teams. You will use your creativity and people skills to connect with all relevant stakeholders (from HR Directors to end-users), and get all the information you need to solve the puzzle on HR process related challenges. On top of this, you will: Carry out independently sub-projects within the domain of Hire to Retire (e.g. Recruitment, Core HR, Compensation & Benefits, Job Architecture, HR Document Management) and are eager to explore other HR domains.Draft/improve business process descriptions while challenging local HR teams on their assumptions. Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal customers and successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously. Carry out independently sub-projects within the domain of Hire to Retire (e.g. Core HR, Compensation & Benefits, Job Architecture, HR Document Management) and are eager to explore other HR domains. Make a substantive contribution to the development of the HR Process Excellence team (e.g. facilitating trainings, develop team events). Be co-responsible for the knowledge development of colleagues at a more junior level. Be the ‘Go to person’ for colleagues based on your ‘knowledge leader’ experience. You’ll report to the Head of Global HR Process Excellence who is responsible for a team that consists of other (sr.) Global HR Process Specialists and HR Project Leads that have a joined ambition to further automate our global HR processes at Rituals.
