Drive and manage supplier performance with focus on quality, delivery, cost, and technical support.Analyze supplier capacity and investment needs.Identify and resolve production and process issues at supplier sites.Provide technical assistance to underperforming suppliers.Promote a zero-tolerance approach to supplier disruptions affecting operations or customer satisfaction.Support supply chain resiliency and potential supplier resourcing initiatives.Collaborate closely with internal and global teams for knowledge sharing and best practices.Respond to supplier delivery crises to maintain continuous parts supply.Ensure supplier operational excellence and develop corrective action plans.Apply problem-solving techniques and lessons learned tailored to each supplier issue.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess and correct supplier production system weaknesses.Monitor and mitigate high-risk supplier issues.Lead and implement sustainable solutions for abnormal production processes.Support all product lifecycle phases, from start of production to aftermarket.Represent purchasing and supplier development functions at supplier sites.Escalate issues as necessary to prevent disruptions in operations.Adhere to corporate processes, codes of conduct, and operational guidelines.
