Is held accountable for policies and procedures of the department and organization. This position supports the mission, vision, and philosophy of CommonSpirit Health.QualificationsCurrent Unlicensed Assistive Persons (UAP) Registration by the North Dakota Board of NursingCurrent Certification for Basic Life Support (BLS)Graduate of an accredited college or technical school for Surgical TechnologistNo experience requiredStrong oral communications skills Ability to deal with conflict and difficult peopleStrong critical thinking skillsKnowledge of all regulatory agencies and their standards and processesAbility to manage multiple prioritiesPREFERRED: Certification for Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting.Pay Range$21.91 - $31.77 /hourWe are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
