Find, engage, and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques
Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fit
Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders
Recommend and drive improvements that impact local pipeline areas
Telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. permitted (remote work benefit)
Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, and 1 year of work experience in job offered or in a human resources or technical sourcing-related occupation. OR employer will accept 3 years of work experience in job offered or in a human resources or technical sourcing-related occupation. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. Experience must include 6 months of experience in the following:
Engaging with candidates and explaining technical requirements of a role
Building talent pipelines and executing on tactical research, referral generation, and sourcing campaigns
Screening and interviewing candidates for technical qualifications
Tracking and driving improvements for pipeline areas
Working with hiring teams to refine and improve hiring processes
Scheduling and supporting recruitment and hiring activities across various offices
Microsoft Word and Excel
Microsoft Outlook or a PC-based calendar and meeting application
Building relationships with external and internal clients
