About the Opportunity

DMI (Digital Management, LLC.) is looking for a

Access Manager to join our staff. We are looking for a highly organized and efficient person with functional expertise in operating systems, facilities, and partner/vendor access. A successful candidate has experience working multiple platforms and types of access.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review, track and monitor security clearance processing activities with appropriate personnel to achieve clearances.
  • Manages DMI system access for all employees, including new ads and removals.
  • Primarily responsible for managing the Letter of Authority (LOA) process to access customer systems and portals.
  • Provides reporting to the leadership team.
  • Manages guests, employees, and contractors' access to facilities.
  • Maintenance and remove access not used in defined periods.

Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience:

  • High school degree or equivalent experience.
  • Two years' experience in managing access in a high-paced environment.

Required Skills/Certifications:

  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Ability to work overtime to complete projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Multitasking skills and ability to keep up in a fast-paced work environment.
  • The ability to utilize critical thinking to complete tasks.
  • Warm personality with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, both written and oral.

Desired Skills/Certifications:

  • Ability to work independently without relying on significant management oversight.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products, including Visio.
  • Proficiency using wireless carrier portals.
  • Experience using TEM platforms.
  • Experience working for a wireless carrier or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in typing, expected minimum of 40 words per minute.

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Hours: 8am-5pm EST, Monday-Friday
