Description Robert Half Finance & Accounting has partnered with a long-standing, rapidly growing financial services organization as they look to add a highly motivated and self-driven Accounting Specialist to join their firm. As the successful candidate, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in the overall success of the organization as you:
Manage cash and credit cards
Oversee the Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
Process all forms of payments
Perform bank reconciliation duties
Manage payroll (coordinating with 3rd party provider)
Support some misc. HR related functions as well
Calculate, track and report commissions

Multiple years' experience with AP, AR and payroll
Strong Excel skills (either currently advanced or ability & desire to learn more complex formulas)
A team-first mentality and willingness to wear multiple hats in a small business environment
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic atmosphere
Experience with QuickBooks a plus
Experience in the insurance industry a huge plus, but not required
