Accounts Payable Clerk

Description Robert Half is currently seeking an Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk for a contract position in the Dayton, OH area. How you will make an impact:

Conduct full-cycle A/P & process checks.

Working with matching invoices, batch coding invoices, verifying & resolving A/P issues

Process expense reports, data entry & processing into MS Dynamics

Sort, register, scan, and store invoices, checks, and other documents.

Validate, record and send checks, including expediting special handling.

Accurately execute daily processes and controls in a timely manner while ensuring company policies are followed.

Reconcile sub-ledger to general ledger.

Handle the administrative needs of the AP/Finance Department

Requirements

Requirements

Microsoft Excel experience

Accounts Payable (AP) experience

Experience using ERP systems, MS Dynamics a

AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar experience

Observant, accurate and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient with spreadsheets and databases

Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
