Assists organizational accreditation readiness activities. Serves as an organizational resource for accreditation requirements.Qualifications:Required:Bachelor’s degree in related field or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in addition to the experience stated below.Progressive experience relative to the job responsibilities.Demonstrated communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.Excellent critical thinking and analytical aptitude.Proficiency with Microsoft Office.Ability to travel as necessary.Reliable transportation to travel between facilities.Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds.Preferred:Certification in Lean Six Sigma.Registered Nurse or other Licensed Healthcare Professional with current Ohio licensure,
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)Physical Demands:
